Privacy Policy for Client SMS Follow-up

Client SMS Follow-up is provided by Dragon Byte Design to help users organize client phone numbers, prepare message templates, and open the iPhone system Messages composer one recipient at a time. Every message requires the user to manually confirm sending in the Apple system Messages composer. The app does not send SMS messages in the background.

Information We Collect

The app does not require an account, does not collect server-side user profiles, and does not upload your client lists to Dragon Byte Design servers. Names, phone numbers, notes, message templates, queue status, settings, and send logs that you enter or import are stored locally on your device.

Photos and Attachments

If you choose to attach an image to a prepared message, the app uses the iOS photo picker to access only the image you select. The app does not read photos you did not select and does not upload images to a server.

SMS Sending

The app uses Apple's system messaging interface to prepare recipients, message text, and optional image attachments. The user must manually tap Send in the iOS Messages composer for each message. Local send history is used only to update queue status and records on the device.

Data Storage and Deletion

Client lists, templates, settings, and logs are stored locally on the device. You may clear lists or logs inside the app, or remove local data by deleting the app from your device.

Third-Party Sharing

Dragon Byte Design does not sell, rent, or share your client lists, message content, or image attachments. SMS delivery is handled by your mobile carrier and Apple's system messaging services, which may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Responsible Use

Please send messages only to contacts who have agreed to receive messages from you, and honor STOP, unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requests. You are responsible for complying with applicable messaging, privacy, and consumer protection laws.

我们收集的信息

本应用不要求创建账户，不收集服务器端用户资料，也不会将您的客户名单上传到 Dragon Byte Design 服务器。您在应用内导入或粘贴的姓名、电话号码、备注、短信模板、队列状态、设置和发送日志，仅保存在您的设备本地。

照片和附件

如果您选择为短信添加图片，本应用会通过 iOS 照片选择器读取您主动选择的图片。应用不会读取您没有选择的照片，也不会上传图片。

短信发送

本应用使用 Apple 提供的系统短信界面准备收件人、短信内容和可选图片附件。用户必须在 iOS 系统短信窗口中手动点击发送。发送记录仅用于更新设备本地的队列状态和日志。

数据存储和删除

客户名单、模板、设置和日志保存在设备本地。您可以在应用内清空名单、清空日志，或通过删除应用移除本地数据。

第三方共享

Dragon Byte Design 不会出售、出租或共享您的客户名单、短信内容或图片附件。短信发送本身由您的移动运营商和 Apple 系统短信服务处理，可能受其各自条款和隐私政策约束。

合规使用

请只向已经同意接收短信的联系人发送消息，并及时处理 STOP、退订或拒收请求。您需要自行遵守适用的短信、隐私和消费者保护法律法规。
